Paper Submission

Paper Submission Deadline: ~~June 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (JST)~~ Extended to July 20, 2026, 11:59 p.m. (JST)

After the submission deadline, you will not be able to make a new submission, edit your registered information, replace your abstract PDF nor withdraw your submission.

Full Paper Submission

Authors of accepted papers will be able to submit their full papers after the notification of acceptance. The submission period for full papers will be open from the notification of acceptance until November 15, 2026.

A-Pass

A-Pass is an account that can be used repeatedly at other Confit-based meetings and for future meetings.

A-Pass eliminates the need to create an account for each meeting and to manage multiple email addresses and passwords.
